Web Dashboard

The web dashboard that is associated with Benzy Security can be loacted at https://dashboard.benzy.lol in order to change settings, view logs, and more. You must login with your Discord account, as this is how it reads what communities you are in with the Benzy Security Discord Bot, as well as what permissions you contain in order to give you the access you require.

Permissions

In order to have access to the Benzy Security Web Dashboard, a user must have the View Audit Log permission on one of their roles in the main Discord. Without this permission on at least one of their roles, they will be unable to access the dashboard and view the logs.

In order to rescind a log, a user must have the Administrator permission on at least one of their roles in the main Discord. Without this permission, they will be unable to rescind any of the logs.

In order to access the Settings of the community, the user must be Owner of the main Discord in the community. For safety and security, only the owner is able to access the Settings page.

Features

  • Manage and update setting for your community, including updating the community name, invite exempt roles, blacklisted domains, Discord logging channels, roles for case managers, activating/deactivating features, and more.

Logs

  • View all logs, including disciplinary, backend recruiting, blacklisted domains, suspicious account, temporary roles assigned, and more.
  • Create new staff logs directly from the dashboard.
  • Rescind logs that you know were done in error. Once rescinded, it will indicate in the log who rescinded it and when so it's never a mystery.
  • Search by log type filtering in order to narrow down searches.
  • Fuzzy search your logs by staff ID, staff username, member ID, or memebr username. Can also be combined with log type filtering.

Cases

  • Review, manage, and update investigation cases that have been created.
  • Filter by case type, priority, date, status, and more.
  • View all details for a case, including people involved and their involvement in it, all evidence for the case, all notes, update status, and more.
  • View the statistics/metrics of how your community is doing with cases.
Information

It is not required to fill out any of the information in the Settings page, the security and logging features will still work without those filled in as long as the community is created. However, it will add more customization for your community and is highly recommended.
